Recommencement of gospel meetings

An initial gospel meeting will be held on 18th July at 4pm at Bensham Gospel Hall. Note that this is earlier than we previously held our gospel meetings because we want to trial an earlier starting time. If you wish to attend this meeting, please use the contact form on this website to let us know you will attend. This allows us to ensure adequate space for everyone.

June 2021 Update

With the easing of restrictions, we aim to return to normal services as soon as government restrictions enable us to do so. Announcements made later this month will clarify to what extent we can do this.

The latest version of our risk assessment is available here.

Re-opening

Over the next few months we will begin to recommence certain meetings at Bensham Gospel Hall. Because of social distancing regulations, these meetings are not public and you should get in touch with us if you would like more information.

We have carefully followed government guidelines for reopening as detailed here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/covid-19-guidance-for-the-safe-use-of-places-of-worship-from-4-july

In accordance with these guidelines we have produced two documents:

  1. Risk assessment: available here.

  2. Guidance for attendees: available here.

All attendees should familiarise themselves with both documents, but particularly the second.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) meeting cancellations

After further consideration of government advice we have also decided to suspend our normal Sunday morning gathering. This means that all public gatherings at Bensham Gospel Hall are now suspended until further notice. We made this decision prayerfully and with deep regret. However, if you need to get in touch with us, use the contact page on the website and we will be eager to help in whatever way we can.
